Dependable Water Line Replacement in Park City, KS

We had an emergency sewer line job on a Saturday, and Mr, Rooter was quick to respond. Brent did a great job explaining what he was going to do, as well as walking us through the camera scoping and showing us exactly where the problems were. He was courteous and thorough with his work, and we really appreciated it on such short notice! Would definitely use them again.

Backed up sewer line, is never a good way to start a Monday, but the folks at Mr Rooter, made the whole thing easier to deal with. Timely response, combined with excellent customer service from the time I called, until the job was completed, was a refreshing change. The technician that was dispatched out, explained everything in great detail, and was very thorough with everything he did. Would definitely recommend, and use them again. Might add that price point was very competitive.

Dylan and Tim worked tirelessly to repair our pipes and leaks. We had bursted pipes in our crawl space which required them to work in a tight space and even dig to fully access the pipes.  We’ve had an ongoing issue with multiple plumbers attempting to repair. Our problem was fully resolved. These gentlemen exceeding our expectations!

Brent was truly a pleasure to deal with. Having our pipe burst in the middle of the night along with dealing with with HVAC problems defintely wore me down. He took his time explaining my options and helped me better understand the actual problem with the pipes. I appreciate his kindness and patience. Will be calling them for any future problems.
